  • 5. Account Executive, Commercial Team Open or Close
    Broadly-speaking, the ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE will be performing in a supporting role in areas such as marketing collateral preparation, organizing events and promotional activities, stock and re-order level tracking and other account-related responsibilities. The role will report to the department manager and will require the incumbent to work within a highly matrix environment.
     

    Please note this is not a finance and/or accounting related role; it is one that supports the management of a key commercial customer.

     
    Responsibilities
    • Prepare, review, edit and coordinate information for marketing collateral.
    • Assist in organizing events and promotions.
    • Manage products / samples (e.g. logistics and tracking) among different suppliers.
    • Facilitate customer product selection.
    • Manage product requisitions.

    Requirements
     
    Experience
    • 1 to 2 years of work experience, within a cross-cultural multinational environment is preferred. Experience in account management (support functions), back-office marketing support, logistics support etc. is preferred. Experience in luxury goods retailing or trading industry will be a bonus.

    Education

    • Degree or tertiary education with a major in Business Administration or Management, Purchasing, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related discipline.

    Business skills

    • Good general business acumen, analytical, able to communicate with all levels of staff and a good team player. Must be detail oriented.

    Personal skills

    • Attention to details, multi-tasking, work under pressure, independent, initiative, responsible, accountable, well organized, efficient, positive and self-motivating.

    IT skills

    • Good PC literacy required i.e. hands-on experience of word and data processing (Microsoft Office). Other IT skills would be a welcome bonus.

    Language ability

    • Fluent and good English and Cantonese for both verbal and written communication.

  • 6. Accountant (1 year contract) Open or Close

    The ACCOUNTANT is expected have substantial experience on handling general accounting, accounts payable and related accounting support in order to ensure effective, efficient and accurate financial and administrative operations.

     

    Responsibility: 

    • Prepare month-end closing activities and reconciliations

    • Prepare month-end analysis and schedules

    • Maintain fixed assets register and check for approval procedure

    • Prepare monthly cash rolling forecast

    • Maintain cash balance and work with banks for any banking activities

    • Prepare Inter-company closing activities and reporting schedules

    • Maintain company secretary compliance matters

    • Monitor accounts aging to ensure payments are up to date

    • Verify that payable transactions comply with financial policies and procedures

    • Reconcile vendor statements, research and make corrections of discrepancies

    • Review all invoices for appropriate documentation and approval prior to payment

    • Support and liaison with auditor for annual audit and tax filing

    • Assist with Ad hoc projects as needed

     

    Requirements:

    • University degree and student member of HKICPA / ACCA are preferred

    • Strong knowledge with at least 3 years of GL and accounts payable experience

    • Good knowledge of general accounting procedures

    • Ability to work fast and in an accurate manner

    • Strong organizational and analytical skills including Excel

    • Able to work under fast demanding working environment

    • Able to work independently

    The role of DESIGNER is primarily responsible for designing printable and digital promotional materials, for the company’s advertising and for events related to the company’s business and customers.

     

    Responsibilities
     
    • Responsible for designing printable and digital promotional materials, including but not limited to airlines’ inflight sales magazines.

    • Concept development, coordination and production of all communication materials related to brand communication and retail marketing.
    • Work closely with all departments for all creative materials development.

    • Develop and design creative ideas/concepts for projects.

    • Coordinate with vendors and airlines to maintain brand image and design consistency.


    Requirements
     
    • Diploma or above in graphic design or related disciplines, fresh graduate are welcome.

    • Graphic Design experience preferred; however if unavailable then must have a body of produced work and experience to showcase.
    • Must be familiar with design tools: e.g. Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Dreamweaver, InDesign after effects and premiere pro etc. in PC/MAC Platform.

    • Knowledge in video-making and editing will be an advantage

    • Proactive, Responsible, Creative, Hardworking and Strong design and marketing sense, preferably with both local and international customers.

    • Good communication skills, team player and willing to learn.

    • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, other languages especially Japanese, French etc. will be a bonus.

    • Able to work on multi-projects, self-motivated and able to work independently under tight deadline.

    • Passion on working for a Multinational Corporation and highly adaptable to new working environment.
