ISG is able to support a multi-channel duty free retail experience for our airline partners:
 

Inflight – The traditional channel which involves cabin crew selling products which are packed inside carts, inflight.

Online – E-commerce and mobile applications for customers to purchase products for local or international Home Delivery, and also supporting Pre-ordering for delivery on their next flight.

Pre-Order – This is a unique sales channel that allows passengers to shop for duty free products inflight or online (or offline) and obtain delivery directly to their seats on a subsequent flight.

Staff Sales – A channel for crew and airline staff to touch, test, and most importantly, purchase products and product knowledge which stands them in good stead to be advocates to their customers.

After-sales support: ISG adopts a “Customer-first” service strategy which means product provenance and quality are guaranteed, along with the assurance of requisite warranties and indemnities. Based upon airline-specific policies, ISG has the ability to manage all after-sales issues for the passengers of its airline customers.
